I applied via LinkedIn and got a call the next day from their recruiter. I was asked generic questions like am I willing to relocate to San Francisco. I was sent an easy coding challenge. They said they were very impressed with my work and I moved on to a technical phone screen with their director of engineering. After the phone screen I participated in a mock "on site" interview (because I don't live in San Fransisco). The interview lasted from 9:00am to 1:45pm and consisted of various Skype interviews with various people. The first half of the interview was live coding challenges. Three different challenges with three different people. The second half consisted of some behavioral questions and general talk about the company. I received an email four days later saying they wouldn't move forward because I didn't have enough experience and might need more support than they could provide. Overall it was a good experience and moved very quickly. The whole process took less than two weeks.
