I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FairWarning (Clearwater, FL)
Interview
Very gray as far as what they were looking for. Multiple interviews - 3 over the phone and 2 in person. Every interview was the exact same, vague questions that are very unspecific to the actual role. Interviewed with a member of the marketing department and the guy was literally looking at his phone texting someone while I was talking - found that to be unprofessional. The people didn't really seem too genuine for the most part.

I applied online. I interviewed at FairWarning (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Process was easy. Company came to USF campus. Interview was maybe 20 minutes. Friendly interviewer. Explained a lot about company, and why she enjoyed working for them. Little to no pressure, which I appreciated.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FairWarning (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process is long and involved, which seemed excessive at the time. Since being hired, I've come to understand the reasoning behind it. The company has a very strong culture and are looking for specific personality traits in their employees, so the process is necessary to ensure the candidates they hire will be a good fit and grow with the company.
