I had an interview over the phone. Super-fast, basic questions. After I got an email telling me when and where my orientation was going to be. They followed up with me just before orientation to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

The interview was very good I had a over the phone interview and they asked me a lot of questions about caregiving and myself and then they hired for orentation
