I applied online. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
This was the smoothest interview process I have ever had. Ellie, the recruiter was very helpful and accommodating. Went through hoops to accommodate my needs and stayed in touch through to process, making sure I was up to date on the application status.
I applied online, got the email, asking to schedule the call. Followed by the recruiter screening, group interviews, assignment, and assignment presentation.
Overall journey was easy and positive.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was thorough, informative, and extensive. It was a four-step process and I spoke with several team members within the FareHarbor Team. I appreciated the transparency and detailed steps that were clearly outlined from the first point of contact.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FareHarbor
Interview
I had a great experience interviewing with FareHarbor. Ricky, the recruiter, reached out and told me a little about the role he was looking to fill via LinkedIn. I had a great conversation with him and then I moved onto the next round which consisted of interviewing with four people who were all pleasant to speak with. After that, I did an assignment and one final interview to discuss the assignment. While the process was long, it gave me a good idea of the role and the people that work within the company.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Typical situational questions.
The interview process was swift, professional, and enjoyable. All of the communication was very well organized and pleasing, the process well constructed, and tasks were engaging. Expect to meet/chat with several people within your perspective teams and future supervisors. You will have an opportunity to do an example assignment which you will review with someone on the team. I found meeting 4 people back to back challenging but very exciting. Good questions asked, and good people to ask good questions to.
