This was a half day interview that included interviewing with most of the team at different levels. In the end, I received an offer for a position at a lower level that I did not apply for, with a lower level manager. This manager was sharp, rude, and inexperienced in the hiring process. Why put me through the offer process if you weren't completely happy with me to begin with.
