Round 1: 45-minute phone call, a recruiter reaches out and reviews your resume, asks some behavioral questions
Round 2: About 2-3 hours. First you enter a Teams meeting with a recruiter, who gives you an online assessment to take, asks brain teasers and puzzles that have nothing to do with the job. They could've done this asynchronously between interviews. You then meet with a manager who shares their experiences with the company. They'll ask very basic coding questions, followed by more riddles. The role is a "Consultant" but it's not actual consulting, so they don't give any case studies.
