Had an initial phone interview with the chief of staff, followed by a virtual interview with 3 members of their team. I was asked to present a project from my portfolio that would be relevant to the role & company, go through the process from start to finish and pick one thing that I particularly enjoyed about it. After being asked further questions, I was asked if I had any questions for them. Seeing the disheartening reviews on Glassdoor from ex-employees, I thought I'd ask about those. One of the interviewees was quite defensive about the subject (I didn't even get to fully finish my enquiry before she responded...) and said a lot of things but nothing concretely. I thought the interview went really well up until that question was brought up. In the end, I got a rejection email after 2 weeks (which is a long time after the 2nd stage of recruitment in my opinion).
