Interview
Consist of assessment for candidate and several layers of interview by internal staff of applied department. It was insightful process although it was long process because we could know of our potential when receiving the questions that have been asked by the recruiters.

Question 1
What is my experiences working of the position in the previous company?
Smooth and fast process. Easy to communicate with the person who handled the interview process. The people interviewed me also have lot of knowledge. Need to communicate in English as well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fave in Sept 2022
Interview
There's a total of 4 interview stages. The first one is a personality check from the HR. The second one is a take home assessment, which is 1 week. The third one is code review / walkthrough of the code written in the take home assessment, as well as technical interview, from software engineers. The final one is culture fit from the HR.

What are the challenges you faced in your previous job
Three stages, technical assessment which you need to do in 6 days, technical round, then product round, process takes around 2 weeks max. The whole process is quite difficult but doable.
