It was fair the interviewer asked a lot of good quality questions. They really got to know and stuff. They made sure candidates were quality candidates. They also make sure to be fair with applicants.
The interview was formal and to the point. They asked me questions about my teaching style and how well I knew the content. Overall, it was thorough and I enjoyed my time there,

Most interviews were in a group setting. Most times the employer already had a person in mind for the position. Many times they were disorganized. Many times did not hear from the interviwers about the status.
