I went to one of the Fedelta homecare solutions offices and was greeted shortly after arriving. I sat at a table doing paperwork, like the real paper application and background check forms, for the first 20 minutes and was interviewed in a room along with another man applying for the same job. The employee interviewing me sat behind his desk and was very friendly. He laughed with us and made the entire process feel more comfortable and less like an interview.
