Three rounds in total, but I failed at the second round. The interviews seem to be going pretty well, and the staff is nice. But boom! An inclined email came suddenly, and nobody knows why.

Very prompt (two-day) follow-up about scheduling a screening interview. The screener interview was cordial and not too difficult but seemed a litte short. One question that struck me as bizarre was asking about my leadership experience. This is an entry-level position; I'd be the managed, not the manager!
