Do keep in mind that a Mettl test is required after the screening, which is a huge waste of time and does not do your abilities justice but the recruiter insisted to me that this is a very "important and necessary" part of the process to determine fit for them. I only got as far as a screening and this unnecessary 40-minute test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fever (London, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
It was ridiculously quick, made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if I was wasting their time. It was supposed to last 30 minutes, it lasted 10minutes.
She made the experience terrible.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fever
Interview
The CEO sent me a message on LinkedIn for the role (which was not listed in jobs). A call was set up with their Talent Team and later someone from Sales for an official first round interview, which was more of an informal chat.
They moved me on to the second round which would be 2 parts:
1) a sales pitch - the questions they sent were asking how to pitch to my *current employer* (global live events/festival company) to get their business and list *all* their festivals on the Fever app
and
2) find 20 live leads I think should be listed on their app
Got the feeling they approached me because of where I currently work and wanted their business so just wanted intel. Also find it absolutely outrageous to ask for 20 live leads as an interview question.
