super bad, they dont ask about visa before via email, but in the interview, which was only lasting 3 minutes. They should have asked it in advance, just to waste my time.

Interview
Long process with 5 steps: HR, manager, reasoning test, take home test and final interview with manager again. The communication with the HR team was great all along, every time I asked something I got a quick reply.
