First round interview was short, only 30 minutes. They do the typical explain the company and want to know a bit about your background before giving you the opportunity to let you ask questions.
The biggest frustration about this interview process is the next round where you have to do a 60-minute Mettl test which I found quite ridiculous. They gave me notice that the test is difficult, but it was truly a frustrating experience and because of the test, I am not moving forward in the interview process.
I do not understand the need for this test for the position I applied for and it feels like they're excluding good candidates because of this ridiculous test.
