1. HR phone call: Real quick chat to talk about the opportunity. 15 minutes tops. They let me know about the role's benefits and overall responsibilities. They asked about my legal status, availability for work, and to sign an university agreement for the internship.
After this call, they sent me a personality and abstract thinking assessment which took about 1 hr minutes to complete. A few days later the recruiter contacted me to coordinate the second interview which was with a Sr PM. We coordinated it but I decided to stop the process due to a promotion in my job.
