I had a total of 3 interviews, the first was to get to know me, then they sent me a test (which was pretty hard), then a second interview with the team, and then the third, with the media director. Overall it was a pretty fast process, less than 1 month in total.

Interview
Entrevista personal agradable en primera instancia. Después pasamos a un test de skills poco concordante con las características del puesto, muy centrado en habilidades matemáticas y analíticas para un puesto primordialmente de contenido, branding y posicionamiento. El uso de este tipo de test, deshumanizó el proceso y no se centró en las prioridades del puesto que me habían descrito.
