Fiber @ Home interview questions

Got selected in the interview, but the management is so unprofessional. The initial joining date were supposed to be on the first week of January 2023 as per verbal acknowledgment, but that offer letter is yet to appear and I am starting to doubt whether that will actually come or not. Even the HR don't know anything regarding it.

In the COVID situation selection process is totally taken on online. 1st they have taken a online zoom interview about 30 minutes. Questions some basic question and why I want to serve fiber@home. Then a online zoom writing test was held, it's about one hour exam contains some 10 marks questions, some fill in the gaps, some multiple questions, and some mental ability questions. On 3rd call they took another interview on zoom meeting and asked me some questions.
