The entire interview process was remarkably fast and incredibly efficient. Every individual I encountered was genuinely nice and straightforward, making the whole experience both pleasant and professionally rewarding for everyone.
Had a call scheduled with a recruiter. The time came and went. No phone call. After 5 minutes, I emailed asking if the time was still good to have a call. About a minute later, my phone rang one time and then it stopped ringing before I could pick it up. The recruiter then responded to my email saying they had tried calling but I didn't answer and that they didn't have time to meet with me until the following week due to their mistake. No apology, no attempt to fix it.
The recruiter could have been decent and answered when I called back and tried to reschedule then. Instead they let it go to voicemail even though we were still in the meeting window.
Deeply deeply unprofessional.

20 min phone interview. Was an entry level position. Implied that I was overqualified which had me confused since She selected my resume and was well aware of my experience on paper. I was open to accepting lower pay and hoping to grow. Wasted my time.
