Interview
I easily completed the HackerRank challenge, and they contacted me, asking me to do a 1-way video interview. It was very awkward talking to myself, but I guess the bar wasn't very high for it because they asked me to continue to the code pair on HackerRank with one of their engineers.
The code pair questions were relatively easy compared to the type of questions you get at Silicon Valley tech companies, but I was tired and poorly prepared and did not perform well enough to advance.
I rate the experience as positive because my interviewer was very nice and volunteered feedback at the end of the code pair. However, I guess their HR is overwhelmed because I never received an email formally ending the process.

Interview
Easy C++ test then a 1:1 zoom call with one of the managers (Doug). He was super disrespectful and arrogant, questioning the technical parts of my previous job as if he knew better. Got ghosted by the company after.
Applied online, and then sent an OA, but I didn't pass. The OA is about two coding questions for 90 min. It was a positive experience that you know what you need to practice.

The process includes the online coding section and the phone interview process. The phone interview is mainly about the algorithm with Leetcode easy level questions. The questions are required written in C++.
The interviewer did not have communications.
