They were supposed to call me for my telephone interview on a scheduled date, they didn't. I had to call them back 2-3 times until they got their bearings right and called me as they should've. After about 30 mins of the interview I was invited for an interview at their HQ in London. Technical skills and then a review of my CV. I admitted I had lacked a true understanding of how Fidessa works cause I lack the financial skills but I was looking forward to the opportunity to learn from the "best". I honestly felt I did enough in the interview, both of the interviewers seemed positive, and they arranged for a 3rd interview with the HR team - at a later date where they would call me to schedule. I was impressed with the way the interview went, and the interviewer instilled that it is the "Fidessa policy" in treating clients well etc..After two days of no contact, I made contact with the recruitment team, they told me they didn't want to move on with the interview. In summary they basically lied to my face about wanting to see me again, and didn't even bother to contact me. Though I didn't disagree with their assessment I was surprised with how misleading and two-faced they were. If anything, I am disgusted in the way the entire process went now that I think about it, from day one.
