Submitted application via company website and was contacted by a recruiter about 3 days later. First there was a video interview with the recruiter, then next day had a second interview via phone with 3 people who work in different departments, then the following day had a third interview via phone with the Operations Manager. Each interview took no more than 30 minutes and everyone was very friendly. The very next day after my last interview, I received a call offering me the position and I accepted.
