I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Figma
Interview
Was reached out to by Figma from someone within the organisation about some new roles opening up.
I followed up and scheduled a call with a recruiter. The recruiter didn't turn up to the interview on time, so I reached out and they joined 5 minutes late. A fairly standard recruiter screen asking about previous experience and sharing some info about the role & process. The recruiter gave the impression I was a good fit and explicitly said they would reach out with next steps. However, I was completely ghosted after this with no follow-up whatsoever (even after chasing).
All I can conclude from this is that either:
a) The recruiter was lying to me during the screen and giving me positive signals when actually they didn't want to proceed.
b) The recruitment process is so mismanaged (remember they also turned up late) that they've simply forgotten to follow up.
I'm honestly not sure which is worse.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Figma in Mar 2024
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter via email.
We scheduled an interview for later in the week.
The recruiter did not arrive for initial interview, or cancel, or otherwise.
I did not receive any further contact after that.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Figma in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process are similar to other companies, involve coding, design and behavior rounds. The interview questions are based on real tasks and features so it can be interesting to work on, but really not hard.
