Interview
The first interview was over the phone. Once the owner felt good about me he invited me to come into the office for the final interview. He then interviewed me one on one and again with this office manager. He and the office manager explained the position, what qualifications were needed and then gave me the opportunity to explain why I would be a fit for the position.
