Interview
One hour video interview plus a 3-hour task as the second round. No feedback received. Told later that the job was taken down due to COVID.
Just be honest, give relevant feedback, especially if somebody has taken 3-4 hours to complete a task for you. Be nicer, COVID has really affected some people.

Extensive history of my past experience. Lots of strategy questions and buzzwords about verticals.
Thank you for taking the time to interview at Finder. I regret that we were unable to progress hiring for this role in March last year but at the time we had to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our crew members. This meant that the team was primarily focused on making sure all crew travelling overseas were booked on flights home and everyone was set up to work from home rather than on recruitment. We always endeavour to give candidate feedback and so I am very sorry you didn’t receive any on this occasion. My apologies and thank you for bringing this to my/our attention.
