4 Steps. The first is a HR screen, second is a take home test, third is a technical interview, and the last is culture interview. After the tech interview, they were supposed to give me a return, but they ghosted me completely. Very unprofessional. A simple email would do, but they can't be bothered to do even that.

The entire technical interview is a joke. You get asked all curveball questions and the answers will be always challenged by the interviewer who was rude just to test how sure you are.
