The interview quickly took a strange turn. The interviewer insisted on having everything done his way – even walking me through my own CV step by step, almost like it was some kind of test. It didn’t feel like a normal conversation, more like I was being judged on how I presented myself rather than who I was. To make things more awkward, they refused to reveal who the actual client was, only saying it was a one billion investment. It was honestly the first time I’d been in an HR interview that felt more like a guessing game than a genuine opportunity to connect.
