Interview
I cannot think of one positive thing regarding this Interview. First of all, this company has advertised the job as 'Recruitment Manager' and required to bring proof of my recruitment qualifications to the interview.
In the interview, the interviewer has revealed to me that the position has NOTHING to do with recruitment, which shocked and confused me. The actual job was basically a supervisor/trainer in a food factory! And when I show the interviewer my qualifications, the answer was : ''you have some great qualifications, but not sure how would you use them in this job position''. So why did they ask me to bring them? And why did they advertise this job as something it is not?
As if that wasn't enough, the interviewer was just one person (the worst way of conducting an efficient interview) and in the middle of it, a person just walked into the room and started using computer next to us, and browsing through LinkedIn!?
The interview lasted 7 minutes! And to this day I cannot believe that that was a recruitment company...
