Interviewed twice, exact same set of questions which seemed pointless. Some of staff interviewing were very rude and asked irrelevant questions. From the other reviews of actually working here it looks like I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
What do you know about company? Sell the software etc.
Was contacted by the HR department and asked if I would like to interview. I had to email them 6 times, with poor responses or no responses to arrange a time. 20 mins after the interview was scheduled for I had to email to get the person to call me - they were 'in a meeting'.
I was asked extremely basic questions about the company such as their products or their partners. I spent 2 hours preparing for the interview, I felt that this was probably overkill.
I received and interview face-to-face with the company a few weeks later. I think the interviewers were not sure what role I was applying for. I received to lone interviews with two different people. they asked the exact same questions and the questions were not challenging. There were no competency based questions or difficult questions, I felt that someone had thought off the top of their head that what the questions were and written them down. There seemed no motivation for the interview other than to have an interview. There was also a group interview and a logic test. The logic test could've been completed by 12 year old. I did not prepare for the interview and used it as a practice round.
A company with such a poor interview process is not someone I would like to work for/with.
