Fleetster interview questions

The interview process was of 3/4 Weeks in total. 1. Hr Interview 2. Technical Interview 3. Onsite Interview (worse experience ever) I have to say this was the worse interview experience ever. The company has opened a position for almost a year now! Absolute red flag. The Technical interview was mainly react native questions and nothing difficult, everything was cool except the last step where they call you on site to meet with their CTO and Step CTO. The step CTO was such an annoying person obsessed with EXPO. He had not done any React Native Development yet had the audacity to question someone with React Native experience. I tole him many times about what are the pros and cons of expo yet he said I don't believe you since Expo has invested so much money into it. The CTO was a wannabe american entrepreneur and boasted about how they are gonna release their app soon but now its been 7 months since they haven't moved an inch with development. The office is in a congested space in Munich with people sitting right next to eachother as if they are chickens. No one dares to leave before 20:00 since the CTO micro manages his team. I have no hopes for anyone interviewing as they are looking for a 'perfect' candidate or maybe scamming people to get their ideas so they can shift their current team into doing react native.

1- interview with HR 2- non technical interview with CTO and Developer 3- technical chellenge (coding game) 3- 1 day on site technical interview , pair-programming with developer plus interview with CEO and CTO
