I was recruited through LinkedIn for the position. I had a phone screen with their recruiter and he seemed very interested, so he set me up to come in and meet with the director. I met with him and he told me I would hear back in a week or so after interviews were complete, but to email the recruiter who I spoke with right away to discuss how the interview went. So I emailed him. No response. I emailed again two weeks later to follow up....no response. It has not been over a month and a half since I interviewed and still no response. I would be nice to at least give closure so people can stop wasting their time emailing you when you aren’t interested.
