Flix Program/Project Manager interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and got a mail from Recruiter for an Interview schedule. Once I submit my calendly, the recruiters send me an email asking which position I have applied for (it was so strange, red flag!). I write to her saying that I applied for Program Project Manager position and ask her if everything is okay, she replies saying yeah all good! On the day of my Interview, the recruiter joins 10 minutes late making me realise if it's worth as I lost my interest. The interview went well, looked very promising and they asked about my previous experience, joining date, salary expectations and a little about what I know about Flix. At the end of the interview, the recruiter told me she would reach out to me with feedback in a week. It has been 3 weeks and there has been no answer/ feedback from the recruiter even after following up twice. I have realised they GHOSTED me! Not sure why but it is a basic thing to provide feedback to the candidate who has respected your company's time, value and mission.
