The managers pulled me into the office, the most private place, as it's a very small store. They asked me the basic interview questions, along with floral related and personal. It seems the job is not only reliant on your experince, but moreso how they think you would fit in with the rest of the workers there.

They asked me about my personality, good and bad habits, and weaknesses. And who my favorite superhero was. The manager was very down-to-earth and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. We were like a family and I really enjoyed my time there.

They asked if I understood that it was really hard work, if I was able to life 40 pounds, they explained the service standards and culture, they asked what my availability was, They told me they are open every day except Christmas and New years and asked if I was available for all those holidays
