The people doing the interviews were great from the initial recruiter to the hiring manager. There were three rounds of interviews: the initial call with the recruiter, a video call with the hiring manager, and a presentation with the hiring manager and another person in leadership. The ask for the presentation was to build a PowerPoint using store data and to convince the buyer to use Flowers products. The interviews went great, but the waiting period was way too long. From the time of my first phone call to the final phone call, it was just over three months. I understand being thorough, but this felt very drawn out.

Question 1
What is your dsd and distribution experience? How do you deal with objections? What is a major career accomplishment
They had a pre screening call, and then two separate interviews, followed with a required project that was quite extensive. They moved me along very quickly in the interview process often scheduling the next interview in that current interview. Made me feel really confident about the job then went silent after I spend hours on the project. Then sent me an automated email telling me I didn't get the job on a Saturday.
