I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Focus Solutions Group
Interview
Fairly straight forward interview with 2 senior people in team I was working with. They were very nice, straight forward and made me feel comfortable - considering I was a graduate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Focus Solutions Group (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in May 2016
Interview
It started with a video interview involving some two key problems , one problem was how to fit as many golf balls in an american sized school bus.
The second problem was how many days would it take to walk from Los Angeles to New York.
The problems could be tackled in any way that you wanted but you had to make sure to tell the interviewer how you solved it.
The 2nd stage was an assessment center , the assessment center was with things like 'Bring one thing you can talk about' , 'The stranded in the frozen forests of canada scenario' , 'The which two senses would you remove and why scenario' , 'The make a tower of papers as tall as possible in 10 minutes scenario
