It was very basic. I just met with an assistant manager, who asked various questions regarding education, skills, available hours and the like. I think they were desperate for an employee since it was such a simple process. I wish all job interviews were as easy as the one at Food Lion.

It was pretty chill. They didn't ask anything I wouldn't expect them to. Wanted to know about customer skills and previous related experience. Talked to one person who I believe was a manager
It was quick and easy. I was sat down and they described the job description to me. They then asked me a couple questions relating to the job experience and how I could handle it.
