I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fooji (Lexington, KY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Was asked to submit a backend CRUD api in whatever language I preferred. I chose express/node as that was listed on their tech stack. Was brought in for an interview shortly after submitting it. On site did not involve any whiteboarding, just met with CTO, CEO, and HR director. Was asked some questions about what I'd worked on before and some culture fit stuff.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fooji (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Sept 2018
Interview
There was an in person interview and asked primarily about sales knowledge and background experience. Decision took about 2 weeks before they called. Overall company culture seemed very cool and exciting. That’s how most start ups are described.

Question 1
What sales experience do you have?
Tell me about a time that you struggled in sales?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fooji (Beavercreek, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Had three rounds of interviews. First met with HR and other AEs. Second met with hiring manager and CEO. Third had to prepare a sales pitch for an ad campaign I was given very little info on and no clue how their sales model/structure worked. Found it hard to prepare for in only a few days and little insight. Honestly glad I didn’t get the job though because the person who was hired was laid off a few months later. Company has a great concept with poor execution. Other companies are beating them at their own game. No need for a third party company to run promotions for large corporations who can do them theirselves.
