I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Football Foundation (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
- Kept waiting for a lengthy time for decision/feedback
- Feedback limited and non-specific
- Asked a question on EDI, yet the panel was all male
- Interview lasted as long as it was meant to
- Questions were not overly difficult
- Panel were not very passionate or engaging
- Asked to deliver a ten minute presentation
The interview was a short computer assessment on one of their computer systems (this was role specific and wouldn't expect this for all interviews) followed by a short presentation and lengthy face to face interview. I believe the whole process lasted around 2 hours. They provided good feedback after the interview
