The interview process was very quick with minimal number of rounds. The first round was a virtual assessment and the next round is the final round of interview with both technical and HR.

The interview process was very smooth. HR reached out to me and requested a time that worked best for me. I met with three managers. One regional, One state, and one Launch manager led the meeting. After the interview, I received an offer within a week.

The interviewing process consist of a panel of 3. Your immediate manager and two higher status team members. The interview was long maybe 2 to 3 hours. They didn't ask any IT related questions. The questions asked were situational questions to see what your thought process would be in protecting the business.
