Interview
The interview came after applying for the position at a career fair. I was given an interview time slot the next day. At the interview I gave a brief introduction to myself, described my resume and qualifications. Then I was given very specific questions outlined by Ford that seemed to be standard interview questions.

I was given a question that referenced conflict in the workplace: An engineer knowingly allowed a part to go to production without running a required test, what do you do when you become informed with this engineer's decision?
