Meet recruiters at university career fair. Most of the recruiters were previous grads. It seems as if they were focusing on your confidence and how you hold yourself. They had an info session the same night. To apply for an internship position, you have to pass a basic knowledge test. About a week after the career fair, I was invited for a sit down interview. The process is still pending.

Really good process, the interviewer was nice, asked questions about my background and a few technical related to my past experience and basic mechanical engineering topics, they haven't followed up but they told me they would.
It was okay I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that it was a nice interviewer
Recruiters were so friendly and helpful. Firstly, I solved character analysis and English test. And then, I did online interview. We talked about my background job experiences, and the my ability of solving problem. They joined my interview from 3different teams and took more or less 45minutes.
