Interview
First interview was a phone call with a recruiter, second was a Webex, third was a panel that was two hours long, with three rounds of panelists coming in. It was truly an exhausting process that lasted three months. In the end, I did not receive a job offer and they offered no helpful feedback as to why they made their decision.

They asked me about my experience, my expectations, asked me highlight some of the ways I’ve dealt with adversity in the workplace, discuss any learning moments/wins.
