Interview
Went to the store, filled out an application and they called me a week later to schedule an interview. It was a group interview with 6 people. It took place in the behind the counter over the loud music in the store. She asked us things like "why do you want to work here, whats the latest fashion trends you are seeing, try to sell me an item of your wardrobe"
At the end of the interview she made us pick out an outfit for an imaginary customer. Mine was easy, an 18 year old boy looking for any kind of outfit. Her imaginary customers were of any age with specific characteristic the manager made up to seek out a specific outfit. After we had to present our chose of outfit to her and explained why we chose it.

What is your style of clothing and who is your fashion icon and why?
What are the new fashion trends you are seeing?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
