I applied and then it took about a week before they called. I went in for my first interview. Basic questions like if something was out of stock what would you do...how would you handle an upset customer etc. then after my first interview they never got back to me so I contacted them. They then set up a second interview. I interviews with a different asm. Then I had no contact again. I called to follow up with the store manager, he said they still hadn't made any decisions. Later that day the store manger called to offer me a position as a sales associate
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
