I did a screening interview at the FCS job fair. I got called back a little over a month later to interview with a principal. Was offered the job about two weeks later. The principal was very transparent about the process and was very receptive to any and all questions about the position.

Describe an example of conflict you have experienced at work.
The total process consisted of two interviews. The first was with the subject area AP and the department chair. The second interview was as with the AP from the first interview and the school principal.

The second interview asked for specific examples of how I connected with students and their families/positively impacted students both in and outside of the classroom.

Organization was not honest about the teaching certification process, or lacked the knowledge to answer correctly. Met with principal and was offered the job on the spot, but applied weeks before.
