I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fortinet (Burnaby, BC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Phone interview with someone who was familiar with my current company, he mentioned he applied for a role in the past, and we talked about my manager (who interviewed him). It gave me the impression that he was more curious to my manager than other things.
The interview had two rounds, focusing on networking and change management topics.
Overall, the discussion covered practical scenarios, decision-making processes, and teamwork approaches related to IT operations and security management.
