It was smooth. First an aptitude test was conducted then came the technical round. Questions regarding PV, clinical trials basics need to be clear and was asked about educational background. Overall it was a nice experience.

The interview process was short and easygoing. The questions were based on JD and resume. Behavioral Questions and situational Questions were also asked. Verification of your employment history, education, and potential references.

The interview was for safety science analyst job role for 6 month contract work. They conducted an online aptitude test and after that interview was held. It was a face to face interview. They asked basic pharmacovigilance questions and some non technical questions.
