The recruiting process was disorganized and poorly communicated. Follow-up was inconsistent, scheduled conversations were not handled professionally, and the process did not create confidence in leadership alignment or internal coordination. For a marketing leadership role, communication quality and decision-making discipline matter a lot, and the candidate experience suggested those areas may be weak.

Interview
You are asked to complete an online test which is primarily behavioral based questions with a mix of quantitative literacy. There is no implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity which is very disappointing . A significant amount of time was spent with back-and-forth emails to coordinate around time constraints and delayed replies. The person I interviewed with was impersonal, disengaged and monotone. My questions to the interviewer were answered with one-dimensional, unforthcoming statements which shed no light on their culture. There was no next steps for follow-up within the time frame that was initially specified.
Good process, fast communication. Went to three in person interviews and received an answer within the week. The questions were fair and thorough. Did not feel rushed. Overall positive experience.
