The recruiter was very communicative. Quick interview process. Typical sales interview. Ex. Do a mock call. Can't remember exactly but believe I went through 3 different calls. Good experience overall!
They were very transparent about the speed to hire being 2 weeks and followed up every step of the way, until they didn't. After 4 interviews, 1 presentation, an assessment and talking numbers and start dates, I expect at least an acknowledgment that they have chosen another candidate. They would not return my calls, texts or emails. All things leading up to this point were extremely positive.

Explain your prospecting process, as this was for a hunting role.
John Cancelled the first interview on me. I rescheduled to 2 days later. He cancelled on me again. I rescheduled for the 3rd time. He never ended up calling me. Kind of hard to get a job when the interviewers don't show up 3 times in a row.
