The Interview process @ Fractal is streamlined very well. The HR provide timely updates and feedback after every round of the interview process.
1. Got a call from the HR stating my CV was shortlisted.
The same day had a call with the business manager so that the team understands my past work experience
2. This was followed by Technical Interview
3. The Third Round was the HR Interview.

There was an online test followed by 3 rounds of discussion with a technical expert, manager & hr. The technical round focused more on skills mentioned in the resume & one easy level leetcode problem was asked.
