Freddie Mac Senior Software Development Manager interview questions

I joined as a Senior Java Developer with Freddie Mac 11 years ago. Prior to that I had a total of 10 years of experience working in IT Defense Consulting as employee of companies like CSC & Northrop Grumman. I had a progressive career growth at Freddie Mac and got promoted to IT Development Manager 5 years ago. I had 2 rounds of interviews at Freddie Mac. One was technical and the other was non-technical.
